The PROSALUD project has been supported by the Spanish Ministry of Industry, Energy and Tourism within the framework of the program of grants for Innovative Business Groups. It is a collaborative project presented by the Independent Solutions for Innovative Life (SIIL) cluster.
The project aims to take a first step in the construction of a technological platform that allows monitoring the burden of public health care provided to each person, at each moment of its evolution and dynamically, not only in institutional contexts (hospital, residence, day center) but also in community care resources (home care).
The technological platform will implement some first mechanisms / connectors that will allow the end-to-end secure connection of the professional who provides the care with the public information systems and those of the organization itself.
